She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar B. Lewis and Ada May Lewis; and her son Ronald Haynie. She is survived by: her children, Debrah Dobrinski, Robert Matheson and Raymond Matheson. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
