He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Louise West-Owen; his son Jason Owen (Shanna Tucker); his granddaughter Aurora Owen; and his siblings, Nancee Owen Purdum (James Purdum II), Shirley Owen Dupuy (Steve), Deborah Owen Martynowski (Robert), Mary Owen Innis (Carl) and Donald Owen.
