We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2023, at the age of 89, Ruth Vannoy-Serino of Woodbine, Georgia, born in Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Staunton Stonestreet and Mabel Harlan Stonestreet; her former life partner Daniel Vannoy; her husband Fred Serino; her daughter Debi Fields; and her granddaughter Jessica Sockwell.

She is survived by : her sons, Rick Vannoy of Woodbine, GA and Daniel Vannoy (Barbara) of Altamonte Springs, FL.; her siblings, Keith Stonestreet (Pam) of Charleston, WV. and Nancy Walls of Charleston, WV.; and her grandchildren, Hank Harden of Summerville, SC, Michelle Myers (Ron) of Dade City, FL, Heather Messer of Sebring, FL, Dustin Vannoy of Panama City, FL, Luke Lester of Debary, FL, Christian Kamka (Lauren) of Lake Mary, FL and Rick Vannoy, II of St. Marys, GA..
