She was predeceased by : her husband Raymond Hovious; and her son Norbert Hovious. She is survived by : her daughters, Lucy Marsh (Jeff) and Jeanne Tibbs (Bill); her daughter-in-law Connie Hovious; her grandchildren, Shawn Marsh, Jennifer Rittenhouse, Aaron Tibbs, Wendy Hovious and April Flaningan; and her caregiver Dana Mata.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
