She was predeceased by : her parents, William Gooch and Myrtice Lunsford Gooch; her brother Zelmer Gooch; and her son-in-law Tripp Higgins. She is survived by : her husband Bob Tritt of Woodstock; her daughter Leza Tritt Higgins of Woodstock; her grandchildren, Leland Higgins (Amber) of Woodstock and Taylor Higgins Jones (Chipper) of Canton; and her great grandchildren, Laney Rae, Bryson Clay, Cutler Ridge, Dax Cooper and Shyler Mae.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at 1:30 PM. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery (1096 Wolf Pen Gap Rd, Suches, GA 30572). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church (1096 Wolf Pen Gap Rd, Suches, GA 30572).
