He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Debi Golembieski and Joseph Golembieski; his stepchildren, Toni Santos and Jerry Macy; his grandchildren, Jessica, Anabella, Paxton and Sylvia; and his great grandchild Jordyn.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakeside Funeral Home (121 Claremore Dr, Woodstock, GA 30188). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (Veterans Cemetery Rd, Georgia 30114).
