He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Isaac and Mary Isaac; his son Jay Bullock; his granddaughter Merita Bullock Johnson; his great grandchild Sawyer; his siblings, Iris Hughes and Charles Isaac; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Hughes and Bennie Frank Brown.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Turner (Charles) of Sandersville, Jerri Lynn Bender of Eatonton, Mary Margaret Veal (Scott) of Mitchell and Andrea Leigh Ivie (Jim) of Suwanee; his daughter-in-law Mary Bullock; his sisters, Mary Ann Brown, Wava Isaac, Wanetta Rachels (Brinson) and Twila Holdeman (Dale); his close friend Mary Ann Reese; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Heidi Bullock of Pryor, OK, Preston, Carol Bullock of Seneca, SC, Daniel Johnson of Billings, MT, Kaitlin Anderson of Dublin, Emilee, Jake Baker of Katy, TX, Matthew, Dallas Turner of Sandersville, Madison, Rhett Gardner of Sandersville, GA, Mary Grace, Cole Moye of Dearing, Caroline, Liam Newsome of North Charleston, SC, Jack Veal of Mitchell, Ella and Avery Ivie of Suwanee; his friend Andy; and his close friend Newsome. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (630 N Main St, Wrens, GA 30833). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Mitchell City Cemetery (GA-123, Mitchell, GA 30820).
