She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Phillips Reeves and Joseph Hadden. She is survived by: her sons, Harvey Welch (Julie), Kirby Welch (Brenda) and Joey Welch; her sister Louise Messer (Fred); her grandchildren, Josh Welch (Rebecca), Crystal Welch, Jeremy Bennett (Cassidy), Samantha Jones (Timothy), Brandon Welch and Bri Welch; and her husband Harvey Welch.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (630 N Main St, Wrens, GA 30833). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wrens Memorial Gardens (1533 GA-80, Wrens, GA 30833).
