She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Carter and Jewell Carter; and her brother Marion Barry Carter. She is survived by : her daughters, Tara Wittmer (Cody Mixon) of Adrian and Tanya Wittmer of Wrightsville; her siblings, Donnie Ray Carter (Danene) of Aiken, SC, Charles Terry Carter of Beaufort, SC and Lynn Carter Eubanks (Alan) of North Augusta, SC; and her grandchildren, Cody Mixon, Jr., Kileigh Mixon, Kerra Mixon, Jacob Wittmer and Alexis Morgan.
