He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Carl Caneega and Jeanette Brantley Caneega. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Garnto Caneega of Wrightsville; his daughters, Kaitlin Caneega of North Augusta, SC and Carly Caneega of Wrightsville; and his siblings, Wayne McCary (Debra) of Wrightsville, Dawton McCary of East Dublin, Mark Caneega (Kim) of Wrightsville, Sandra Wilkerson of Wrightsville and Patricia Alligood of Wrightsville.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Richard N. Stanley Memorial Chapel (8580 S Marcus St, Wrightsville, GA 31096). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at the Westview Cemetery.
