It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Wilcher of Wrightsville, Georgia, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Wilcher and Amie Wilcher; and her siblings, Arthur Brown, Ernestine Jackson, Herman Wilcher, Shirley Darrisaw and Glenn Wilcher.

She is survived by : her sons, John Norris (Ready) and Sheldon Norris (Evelyn) of Wrightsville; her siblings, Hardrick Wilcher of Wrightsville, Ben Wilcher of Milledgeville and Lillie Wilcher of Wrightsville; her brother-in-law Charles Jackson of Belle Glade; and her grandchildren, Camelia Graddy of Dublin, Casey Graddy of Wrightsville, Tamiko Graddy, Decarla Jones, Kinyetta Knight of Sandersville, Johntavious Johnson, Johnquavious Norris and Tykendrick Cook of Wrightsville. She is also survived by thirteen great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces & nephews and other relatives and friends.
