It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Ann Pennington (Wrightsville, Georgia), who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Willard William Soles and Doris Williams Soles; her husband Arthur Pennington; her stepgrandson Stephen Arthur Pennington; and her stepchildren, Jeff Pennington and Nancy Pennington.

She is survived by : her children, Belinda Wray of Wrightsville and Eric Hadden (Wendy) of Wrightsville; her stepsons, Bobby Pennington, Jimmy Pennington, Gary Pennington, Steve Pennington and John Pennington; and her siblings, Bruce Soles (Gaynell), Donna Dice (Billy) and Carol Simpson (Danny). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous step grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
