She was predeceased by : her parents, Johnnie Seaborn Outlaw, Sr. and Ellena Irwin Outlaw. She is survived by : her children, Virginia Snell of Wrightsville, Terry L. Snell St (Pamela) of Wrightsville, Gloria Horne (Cortez) of Wrightsville, Tanya T. Carey of Wrightsville, Annette Carey (Michael Mitchell) and Vera V. Carey Thomas (Jimmy) of Wrightsville; her sister Shirley Outlaw Rozier; her nephew Charles L. Outlaw (Annette); her aunt Eva Mae Irwln of Wrightsville; her sisters-in-law, Fleta Jenkins of Wrightsville and Glenda Outlaw of Dublin; and her goddaughter Patria Cooper of Sandersville, Georgia.. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
