It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Runelle Hood of Wrightsville, Georgia, born in Dublin, Georgia, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Bivins and Walter Bivins; her daughter LaTonya Patrice Hood; and her brother Wesely (Bivins). She is survived by : her nephew Wallace Turner; her children, Jarrod Kilpatrick, Wright, Sr. and LaToya Hood; her grandchildren, Tanius Marquez Jordan, Jarrod Kilpatrick Wright, Jr., Jamari Rashard Hood, Jayla Rhianna Rashard Hood, Jayla Rhianna Strickland, Jamiya Arianna Curry of Wrightsville and Georgia; her sisters, Annie Pearl Young (Freddie) of Wrightsville, Georgia, Johnnie Salter (Michael) of Kite, Irene Jiles, Sr. (Lary) of Wrightsville and Tamara Murphy (Ozzie) of East Dublin; her aunt Martha Knight (Georgia) of Bartow; and her sister-in-law Eudell Bivins of Wrightsville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews that she truly loved and talked about dearly, and a host of cousins and friends.
