It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Roger Brown of Young Harris, Georgia, who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Reverend Henry Jud and Maude Wood Brown. He is survived by : his wife Laura; and his sister Ruth Brown Gunn of Buford, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
