With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bradley Joshua Ikaika Ahia of Captain Cook, Hawaii, born in Kealakekua, Hawaii, who passed away on April 15, 2025 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his adoptive parents, Rosemarie Ahia and Sam Ahia; his siblings, Victoria Ahia, Drake Shafer (Geri) and Kaena Shafer; his mother Sammie Shafer (Lance); his uncles, Fred Ahia, Bob Ahia, Alex Ahia, William "Billy" Ahia IV, Kio Alapai (Harmony) and William Alapai (Lavern); his grandmother Stella Grace; his great-aunt Lavendar Meno; and his aunts, Bettina Roth, Phyllis Alapai, Courtney Alapai, Betsy Naihe and Angelika Bleiholder. He is also survived by three nieces, and his co-workers.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Maka'Eo Pavilion (75-5560 Kuakini Hwy, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740).
