She is survived by: her husband Jackie Puhi of Captain Cook, Hawaii; her children, Michelle Joto of Captain Cook, Kuhinanui "Jaqueline" Puhi of Goodyear, Yoshiko Alves (Robert) of Captain Cook, Hawaii, Jack Puhi of Holualoa and Edward Puhi of Captain Cook, Hawaii; and her brother Melvin Hanato (Jane) of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
