He is survived by: his wife Karen FitzGerald of Hakalau; his sons, Michael FitzGerald (Leslie) of California and Kimo Mant (Megan) of Kurtistown; his grandson Max Mant of Kurtistown; and his sisters, Polly Dye of Oregon and Diane Korsten of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
