It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chitsuko Asuka (Hilo, Hawaii), who passed away on June 29, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Chitsuko is survived by: husband Robert Asuka of Hilo; children, Darrell Asuka of Hilo, Audrey Kusiak (John) of Santa Fe and Norine Asuka (Scott Tamura) of Honolulu; brother Robert Kashimoto (Janis) of Tucson, Arizona; and stepgrandson Cody Tamura. Chitsuko is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
