It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ethel Ann Nelson of Hilo, Hawaii, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Dane Nelson of Hilo and Candice Haga (Nathan) of Irvine, California; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Soong (Melvin) of Kailua, Oahu and Carolyn Kouchi of Kauai. She is also survived by one granddaughter; one great-granddaughter; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
