He is survived by: his wife Keiko Konishi Mimaki of Hilo; his daughter Debi M. Yamamoto (Kip) of Kealakekua; his grandson Brant Yamamoto of Honolulu; his siblings, Emiko Hamakawa of Hilo, Harold Mimaki of Hilo and Harry Mimaki of Honolulu; and his siblings-in-law, Muneaki Konishi of California, Elva Mori of Honolulu, Ethel Masuno of Hilo, Pauline Horiuchi of Hilo and Karen Konishi of Hilo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.

Family requests no flowers and no Koden (monetary gifts).
