She is survived by: her husband Rene Asuncion of Hilo; her children, Shirl Veincent (Tracey), Maelissa Kawaiaea (Rodney) of Hilo and Glenn Asuncion (Misty) of Kahului, Maui; and her siblings, Florencio Domingcil (Cresencia) of Santa Maria, California, Juana Antonio of Keaau, Maxima Mendez (Chris) of Nanakuli, Oahu and Avelina Ortiz (AJ) of Portland, Oregon. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
