He is survived by: his wife Betty Y. C. Tsuji of Hilo; his son Niel Tsuji of Minnesota; his siblings, Douglas Tsuji (Chieko) of Hilo, Earl Tsuji (Betty) of Hilo, William Tsuji of Honolulu, Maizie Ash of Hilo and Pearl Tsuji of Honolulu; and his siblings-in-law, Albert Hirano of Honolulu and Elsie Tsuji of Hilo. He is also survived by two granddaughters, numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.

Family requests no flowers and no koden (monetary gifts).
