She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Edwin Hara (Portia) of Hilo, Elaine Yoshizumi (Robert) of Hilo, Donna Shimizu (Marty) of Hilo and Cindy Hara of Hilo; and her sisters, May Murakami of Hilo and Masako Matsuura (Taro) of Minnesota. She was also cherished by three grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
