We bid farewell to Fagota Tataipu of Kahuku, Hawaii, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 2, 2025 at the age of 65. Fagota touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patelesio Tataipu and Tauvela Tataipu; his children, Kamakana Tataipu (Roseanne), Tessa Tataipu-Kahawaii (Kahikilani), Meagan Tataipu, Renee Tataipu (Trycen), Leiemma Tataipu and Lofi Tataipu (Trenna); and his siblings, Leolofi "David" Tataipu, Poulima Tataipu, Patelesio "Peter" Tataipu (Katie), Henry Kakatin and Fialupe Tataipu. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (56-589 Puuluana St, Kahuku, HI 96731). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery (45-425 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744).
