It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Haunani Phillips of Kahuku, Hawaii, born in Honolulu, Hawaii, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her husband Kenneth H. Phillips II; her siblings, Donna May Mapuana (William Conn) and James Kimo Kamakana Jr.; and her children, Jacqueline Pahia, Jamie Agdinaoay (Ray), Leilani Phillips, Kenneth Howard Phillips III, Jessica Mallard, Analani Manu, Alakai Manu and Anela Manu. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nieces.

Due to the current pandemic, celebration of life will be held at a later date.
