He is survived by: his wife Dinah Rodgers of Kailua-Kona, HI; and his daughters, Wendy Sandell of Kailua-Kona, HI, Becki Rodgers of Kailua-Kona, HI and Michelle Tadani of Kailua-Kona, HI. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

The family requests casual attire and no flowers.
