She is survived by : her husband Mel Perreira of Kailua Kona; her children, Charlene Peyton of Texas, Kosha Burnett (Shane) of Texas and Glen Durmas, Jr. (Sara); her stepmother Carol Beraldo; her stepchildren, Michelle Hooper (Kyle) of Kamuela, Kaleo Perreira (Lahela) of Kailua Kona, Myron Perreira (Heidi) of Kailua Kona and Mitchell Kowalski (Priscilla); her siblings, Roberta Guerrero, Jason Lazaro (DeeAnn) and Jared Lazaro; and her stepsisters, Theresa Roberts (Tim), Kim Guiterrez (John), Christine Noftsier, Cynthia Robinson (Richard) and Gina Pingree (Eric). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
