It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Petelo Fine Finau of Kailua Kona, Hawaii, who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lolomanaia Finau; and his sister Iva. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Finau of Kailua-Kona; his mother Kelela Finau of Tonga; his brother Sione Hafoka Finau (Jericha Kailimai); his children, Sione Manaia Kailimai Finau, Ilaisa Kailimai Finau of Kailua-Kona, Tuai Kimoana Finau (Sharon Sonia), Kelela Finau, Lolomanaia Finau, Samisoni, Ata, Petelo Fine Finau of Tonga and Sitani; his grandchildren, Emeline and Mele Vaiola Finau of Kailua-Kona; and his sisters, Emeline Finau Tu'uta (Fe'iloakiTohi), Ilaisaane Lepolo Tu'uta of Tonga, Letisia Lotomou and Na'ati Mo'onia Finau of Tonga. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Tongan funeral service will begin at 10 a. m. Mask-wearing and social distancing adheres to County of Hawaii mandates.
