She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Roy (Amy), David (Susan) and Janis Tsuruda (Brian); and her sisters, Shizue Muranaka, Vivian Horie, Sally Takakawa, Betty Nagamine, Sadie Silva and Lucille Ige. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
