With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Yvonne Hufana Carineo of Keaau, Hawaii, born in Hanapepe, Hawaii, who passed away on April 3, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her children, John Rapozo, III of Hilo, Adam Rapozo of Oahu, Edwin Rapozo (Tisha) of Kauai, Bernadette Gutierrez (Joseph) of Oregon and Stephanie Rockstroh (Joshua Benevides) of Mt. View; and her siblings, Frank Carineo of Kauai, Jerry Carineo of Kauai, Edwin Carineo of Kauai, Ricky Carineo of Kauai, Lorraine Manus of Kauai, Roseline Hosaka of Kauai, Joanne Johansen of Mt. View, Frances Kahailua of Hilo and Laverne Boyston of Missouri. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
