He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debra Jeremiah (Pua); his children, Francis Kaawa (Ranelle), Lehua Park (Abraham), Kunane Ganal, Kapena Bergau (Ashley) and Keikilani Jeremiah; his grandchildren, Quiana Duarte, Kia'i Park (Macy), Keali'imalu Kaawa, Huaka Park, Kūikawā Park-Jeremiah, Jonah Mukaihata, Hoʻoheno Park-Jeremiah, Duke Bergau and Kenzie Bergau; and his parents, Herman Jeremiah Sr. and Thelma Kawaakoa.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ballards Family Mortuary. A funeral service was held on Monday, August 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
