She is survived by: her husband Kert Hamamoto of Kurtistown; her daughters, Jennifer Hamamoto and Kristy Hamamoto of Kurtistown; her mother Tomeyo Kawakami of Naalehu; and her siblings, Kent Kawakami of Naalehu, Glen Kawakami (Trisha) of Honolulu, Aileen Oyama (Steve) and Iris Subica (Michael) of Naalehu. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
