He is survived by: his wife Alicia Ulep; his children, Leilanie Ulep, Antonio Ulep (Vanessa) and Francisca Ulep; his siblings, Virginia Fiesta (late Marcos), Alfredo Ulep (Anelyn) and Alonso Ulep (Myrna); his grandchildren, James, Leinie, Joseph, Vincent, Angelo, Antonette, Crizencio, Jeremy, Arjay and Wubin; and his great grandchild Rionnah.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:20 PM at the Ballard Family Mortuary-Kahului (440 Ala Makani St, Kahului, HI 96732). Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ballard Family Mortuary (440 Ala Makani St, Kahului, HI 96732). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Valley Isle Memorial Park & Cemetery - Haiku Maui (105 Waiale Rd, Wailuku, HI 96793).
