She is survived by: her husband Terry "TJ" James of Naalehu, Hawaii; her nephew Sam Girard of Austin, Texas; and her stepchildren, Ginger Cook of Simi Valley, California and Casey James of Meridian. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
