Bland (Hayes) of Jarvisville, WV; her husband Lonny J. Shull of Pahoa, HI; her daughter Leslie A. Davis (Jason K. Davis); her grandson Maddox G. Davis of Salem, WV; her stepmother Virginia B. Bland; her half-sister Jennifer L. Simmons; and also William O. Westfall of Jarvisville. She is also survived by her four children.
