He is survived by : his wife Adelaide Velasco; and his children, Pedro Velasco (Paulette), Powell Velasco (Joey), Prenda Moe (Lee), Prandi Guerreiro (Joseph), Pattie Chur (Darren), Philip Velasco (Bridgette) and Philton Velasco. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
