He is survived by: his wife Eufemiana Tabafunda of Paagan, Philippines; his children, Bernie Tabafunda, Eden T. Nares (Ronnie) and Edwin Tabafunda of Paagan; and his siblings, Leona Nacis (Vicente) of Papaaloa, Rogelio Tabafunda (Patricia) of Paagan and Gil Tabafunda (Jonalyn) of Waimea, Hawaii. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
