She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Nitahara of Pepeekeo; her daughters, Kaci Ann Nitahara of Hakalau, Teri Lynn Nitahara of Pepeekeo and Kelsi Lei Nitahara-Moses (Kaeo) of Hakalau; and her brothers, Alvin Otake (Sandra) of Hilo, Gerald Otake of Hakalau, Stuart Otake (Faith) of Honolulu and Kurt Otake (Lynne) of Wailuku, Maui. She is also survived by two grandsons; an uncle, aunt, and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
