She is survived by: her husband Alexander Alika Puha Jr.; her parents, Agnes Kayona and Gaudencio Rico; her sister Christina Agustina of Connie Bautista; her granddaughter Leshay Kahalawai Mina Guzman; her children, Robert Puha (Leannda), Debra Kahahane, Irene Yoakum (Bruce) and Berney Valle; and her siblings, Martha Tabisola, Anita Acpal (Alfred), Tanya Cress, Robert Rico, Ronald Rico (Barbara), Myler Rico and James Sahagun. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
