He was predeceased by : his father Sarafin Gando Sr.; and his brother Cesar Gando (Nida). He is survived by : his wife Rosalinda M. Gando; his mother Ambrocia Gando; his children, Katherine Rose (Michael) and Emerson Gando (Jen); his siblings, Carlos Gando (Lucy), Rolando Gando (Flory), Serafin Gando (Beth), Felix Gando (late Gloria), Gandolfo Gando (Evelyn), Rufina Espiritu (Johnny), Rebecca Valdez (Trudio), Rosario Santiago (Peter), Marilou Mislang (Edgar), Milagros San Jose (Louie) and Mindy Azcueta (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Andre Gando, Kaden Tomas, Mikayla Gando and Brianna Gando. He is also survived by 13 nieces, and 15 nephews.
