Mnason Keakuamana Nakihei Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mnason Keakuamana Nakihei in Wailuku, Hawaii, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2025 at the age of 47. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Mnason leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his parents, Terell Aalona Nakihei Sr. and Ramona Soo Basa Akima; his children, Makana Keakuamana Nakihei, Micah Kealewaihauakeakua Nakihei, Leimana Kahiwa O Keakua Nakihei and Isaiah Keanu Nakihei; and his brother Terell Aalona Nakihei Jr. (Kristen Richardson Demello).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Norman's Mortuary (105 Waiale Rd, Wailuku, HI 96793). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Homelani Cemetery-Molokai (2130 Mauna Loa Hwy, Kaunakakai, HI 96748).
