He was predeceased by : his parents, Ada Walker and Forest Walker; and his siblings, Gloria Palicz, Elmond Walker, Milton Walker and Dwayne Walker.

He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Nadine Lucas; his children, Diana Mitchell (Roger) of Indianola and David Walker (Sheryl) of Rochester, MN.; his grandchildren, Summer Scott (Andy), Chad Dop (Megan), Katelyn Cordie and Mikayla Walker; his great grandchildren, Miles, Austin, Blake, Paighton, Cael, Teigan and Shay; and his sisters, Evelyn Onstot, Helen Cook, Connie Wood and Judy Vasey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family in Lowell's name for a missionary contribution at a later date.
