She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Chisamore and Gladys Chisamore (Gangestad); her husband Richard Zwolski; and her siblings, Joyce Muldoon, Russell Muldoon and Audrey Portwood.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Smith of Poteau, OK, Lori Dagley (David) of Bella Vista, AR, Nancy Risner (Joe) of West Chicago, IL, Joanne Callahan (Kevin) of Batavia, IL and Tabitha Johnston (Tim) of Waukee, IA. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several other extended family.
