She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Dowd and Audrey Dowd; her grandparents, Lucy and Ray Clark; and her brothers, Greg Tilton and Gary Tilton.
She is survived by: her significant other Ron Smith; her significant other's daughter Tonya Rhiner (Travis); her children, Lexus Burger and Ryleigh Rhiner; her siblings, Barb Wessel (Rick Cahail), Phillip Tilton (Sue) and Kim Dowd; and her niece Misty Jones (Ray). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Faith Lutheran Church toward the building fund.
