He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Forsman and Melba Forsman (Kilcher). He is survived by: his wife Judy Whitnable; his children, Scott Forsman (Hollie) of Ellsworth, WI and Joni Williams (Kenny) of Nevada, IA; his grandchildren, Daniel, Ryan, Michelle Forsman, Mitchell, Joel and Meredith Williams; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Ellie and Rory Forsman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Adel United Methodist Church.
