She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Ray and Betty Marie King (Streeter); and her husband James Crabb. She is survived by: her former husband Leland Ruble; her stepchildren, Christy Lynn Ruble of Windsor Heights and Kimber Lee Walsted (Dan) of Urbandale; her siblings, Allen King (Kathy) and Sally Wood (Richard); and also Danny Walsted.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Adel Public Library or to the Autism Speaks.
