He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Cooley and Vernon Cooley; his daughter Teri; and his sister Dorthy Freedline. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Jodi Cook; his grandchildren, Hannah Cook and Brecken Fryer; and his sister Sherry Spring. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
