She is survived by: her husband Raymond Smothers; her children, Cindy Irvin (Mark) of Waukee, Connie Richardson (Rusty) of Waukee, Louis Smothers (Julie) of Waukee and Shawn Smothers (Amy) of Waukee; her grandchildren, Amber Harris (Edwin), Christopher Irvin (Kaurissa), Lance Irvin (Taylor Woebbeking), Joshua Ellis (Becca), Richie Richardson, Ethan Smothers, Austin Smothers, Nathan Smothers, Brooke Smothers and Abby Smothers; and her great grandchildren, Cade Harris, Deven Harris, Breeya Harris, Eleanor Irvin, Jasper Irvin and Paisley Riddle.
