She was predeceased by: her parents, Mat Horn and Agnes Horn (Lewis); and her brothers, Russell, Robert and William.
She is survived by: her husband Tom; her daughters, Ann Krogan (Dave), Lynn Rupp (Steve) and Amy Johnson (Mike); her grandchildren, Kelsey Jacobs, Keriann Cox, Braden Rupp and Levi Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Beckett, Vivian Jacobs and Everett Cox. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
